Founded in 1939, ACA brings together more than 5,500 members worldwide, including third-party collection agencies, attorneys, creditors and vendor affiliates. ACA establishes ethical standards, produces a wide variety of products, services and publications, and articulates the value of the credit and collection industry to businesses, policymakers and consumers.

LIC "League International for Creditors" is an association of independent debt-collecting, credit reporting, law firms and credit managers. A number of these firms are confidential partners with Embassies and Consulates. 3750 are skilled professionals. More than a quarter of century of experience and co-operation have moulded LIC into what is today: AN ASSOCIATION OF RELIABLE EXPERTS.
Approximately 140,000 exporters from all over the world entrust their collection cases, credit reporting needs or legal assistance matters to LIC's members. LIC members are entrusted with files totalling approximately US $ 6.637.500.000 a year .
All LIC members are bonded as required in their state or country. In addition they have pledged to abide by the Code of Ethics and LIC Rules and Regulations. To become and remain a LIC member, ethical conduct is required and competent business operations are a necessity.
